In a city known for tapas, IKI stands out as a refined oasis for those seeking something quieter, more refined, and deeply satisfying. This is fine dining — Japanese style, Seville soul. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: I returned to Seville this June and found myself missing the taste of IKI. During this trip, I tried three different Japanese restaurants — and I can confidently say, IKI is still the best in Seville. The precision, the atmosphere, and the soul of each dish remain unmatched.

This was quite a spectacular sushi lunch. I loved every single dish....the food was super fresh, inventive and so we'll prepared. I was especially impressed by the shrimp tempura and white fish roll, the trilogy of tuna and the scallop. All of these were absolutely excellent. The red prawn nigiri was just ok and I could have skipped the sauce on it. Service was lovely and welcoming despite me not having a reservation. Prices are very reasonable. I would certainly be back.

During our stay in Sevilla, we had the pleasure of dining at Iki, and it turned out to be the most delicious meal of our entire trip. Even though it’s not traditional Spanish cuisine, it stood out for its exceptional quality and unforgettable flavors. Every single member of the staff was absolutely fantastic, warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. We felt so well taken care of from the moment we walked in. The food was simply outstanding. We’re still dreaming about the miso soup and the butterfish, those flavors will stay with us long after we're back in Germany. The dishes were beautifully prepared, perfectly balanced, and full of depth. If you're in Sevilla and open to a culinary experience beyond tapas, Iki is an absolute must. We can't wait to return one day!
